Beijing Sauce: 
  • 4 tablespoons water 
  • 2 tablespoons sugar 
  • 1/2 tablespoons ketchup 
  • 3 tablespoons Hoisin sauce 
  • 2 teaspoons light soy sauce 
  • 1 teaspoon shellfish sauce 
  • 2 teaspoons sweet stew sauce 
  • 1-2 teaspoons smashed bean stew peppers 
  • 1 tablespoon apple juice vinegar 

Directions :
  1. Set up the Marinade in a bowl and blend well. Marinate the meat for 15 minutes. 
  2. In a seperate bowl, blend all the Beijing Sauce fixings. Put aside.
