  • 1 little shallot, minced 
  • 1 leek, cleaned and daintily cut

Steps:a
  1. Position a rack in the focal point of the stove and preheat the broiler to 350ºF. 
  2. Sprinkle a little oil in a 10-inch broiler safe skillet over medium-high warmth.
