- 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
- 1/3 glass dark colored sugar
- 1 tablespoon oil
Steps:
- 12 ounces level rice noodles
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bundle scallions, cut (light greens and darks isolated)
- 1 glass carrots
- 3 eggs, softly beaten
- 1 glass bean grows
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch + 1 tablespoon water (made into a slurry)
- 1/2 container cilantro, cleaved
- 1/3 container cooked peanuts, hacked
- In a medium bowl, consolidate the cut chicken, cornstarch and tamari, mix to coat; put aside.
