You’ll Need:

  1. 1 huge' cucumber ground 
  2. 1 tsp salt 
  3. 3 containers thick plain Greek yogurt 
  4. 2 tbsp New dill finely slashed 
  5. 2 tsp new mint finely slashed 
  6. 1-2 garlic cloves minced (some garlic packs more punch than others so begin with one and include more if important) 
  7. 1 tbsp white wine vinegar (can be substituted with lemon juice) 
  8. 1 tbsp lemon juice 
  9. salt and dark pepper to taste 
  10. 1 tbsp olive oil 

How to Make:

  1. Blend the ground cucumber with a teaspoon of salt and set in a colander over a bowl/bowl to deplete for 20 minutes. Crush however much of the water out of the cucumber as could be expected. 
  2. Join the stressed cucumber with the Greek yogurt, herbs, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, oil and season with salt and pepper............ full recipe here!
