You’ll Need:

  1. 2 tbsp olive oil 
  2. 4 sheep shanks 
  3. 1 huge onion finely cleaved 
  4. 2 huge carrots stripped and finely cleaved 
  5. 2 celery ribs/sticks finely hacked 
  6. 4 garlic cloves daintily cut 
  7. 2 sprigs new rosemary 
  8. 1 inlet leaf 
  9. 2 tbsp tomato glue 
  10. 1½ containers red wine 
  11. 2 containers sheep/hamburger stock 
  12. salt and pepper to taste

How to Make:

  1. Pre-heat the stove to 160ºC/320ºF. 
  2. Season the sheep shanks liberally with salt and pepper. Dark colored the sheep shanks in a vast broiler confirmation pot/skillet until very much carmelized on the two sides. Expel from the skillet and put aside. 
  3. In a similar container, sear the onion, carrot, celery and garlic until delicate and fragrant. Include the herbs and tomato glue and cook for 30 seconds before including the red wine and stock. Permit to go to a stew at that point include the sheep shanks once more into the sauce............ full recipe here!
