You’ll Need:

  1. 600 g (+-20oz) pork filet/pork tenderloin 
  2. 3 tbsp olive oil 
  3. 3 tbsp lemon juice 
  4. 2 tsp salt 
  5. 1 tsp dark pepper 
  6. 2 tbsp parsley finely cleaved 
  7. 1 tbsp blended dried herbs 
  8. 3-4 garlic cloves pulverized 
  9. 1 tsp bean stew chips

How to Make:

  1. Absorb bamboo sticks warm water for no less than 10 minutes. (You can do this the day/night prior and leave the sticks in the water.)
